Alexander Fergusson

Alexander is a Director of Nimoi Holdings. In addition, Alexander is a Director and the CEO of Agricola Holdings, a Director of Gintong Agri Corp, and a Director and member of the Investment Committee of Woodside Holdings Investment Management.

Previously, Alexander joined GE's Corporate Finance business in London July 2005 in Risk Management. He and the team set up the capital allocation process for four European lending businesses for GE totaling approximately $15bn of assets. He executed lead arranged roles on transactions up to and over US$1bn across Senior, Second Lien Mezzanine and PIK debt tranches. Alexander previously was in charge of Korean and Taiwanese Telecoms equity research at Daiwa Institute of Research (HK). He joined Daiwa from PwC Corporate Finance (HK). Alexander was CFO and co-founder of a renewable fuel start up in the UK, which successfully received funding offers of US$20m in ‘08/'09. Alexander holds a BA in Modern Chinese Studies from Leeds University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.

David Fergusson

David Fergusson

David is a Director of Nimoi Holdings. In addition, David is a Director and the CIO of Woodside Holdings Investment Management, a Director of Agricola Holdings, a Director of Gintong Agri Corp, and Chairman of Global Precious Metals.

Previously, David Joined Citigroup Jakarta as Director and Head of Indonesia Research in August 2006 to establish Citi's Research / Equities business in Indonesia. In the first full year at Citi, David and the team were ranked 1st for Asian Investors in the Institutional Investor (4th overall). David was a Director of PT Citigroup Securities Indonesia and the responsible officer under Bapepam regulations (Indonesian securities regulator) for Broker-Dealer and Underwriting activities. He joined Citi from UBS where he was a senior pan-Asian equity salesperson. Prior to this, David was as an equity analyst with GK Goh Indonesia (1996-1999) before moving to CLSA in 1999, initially as Regional Telecoms Analyst and later as Head of Telecoms Investment Banking (a team which he started). As a banker, David completed transactions in a variety of disciplines (M&A, Restructuring, ECM) and won a number of awards. David started his career with NM Rothschild in 1994 in Chile.

David holds an MA from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from the London Business School.
